Dazzle pieces are warranted against manufacturing defect by a 1 year official color warranty from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects do not include damage resulting from everyday use, or damage sustained after dropping the products or banging it against a hard surface. A defective piece must be registered within 14 days of receiving the product by contacting us: contact @dazzelofficial096

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at genz-mart.site@gmail.com
with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refund + Replacement Policy
First of all, GenZ Mart does not have a refund policy. We give a 3 days replacement warranty if the product we shipped is wrong, faulty or broken. GenZ Mart will initiate the replacement process and product will be replaced in 3 - 5 working days and no amount will be charged to you.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at genzmart.site@gmail.com
with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
